The Jacob Slania Memorial Fund provides academic, athletic, and overall wellness support to individuals in their youth on a needs basis.  The purpose of the fund is to provide support to boys and girls who need monetary help in reaching their academic, athletic, and wellness goals.
 

The Jacob Slania Memorial Fund is a proud, 501(c)(3) charitable organization registered and approved by the Internal Revenue Service.
