Clos Erasmus - Clos Erasmus 2013 DOQ Priorat (Lot#4)

One of the original wineries from the group formed in the late 1980s that helped put DOQ Priorat on the fine wine map of the world. Clos Erasmus is still owned and helmed by Daphne Glorian and has been long-established as an exceedingly-high quality producer in the region.

This wine is based upon Grenache and Syrah and upon release, like l'Ermita, earned a perfect 100 point score. This 2013 vintage is drinking exceptionally well at the moment, but can easily stand to age even longer.
