Welcome to the WindsorFest 2026 Silent Auction!
Proudly presented by the Windsor State School P&C Association, WindsorFest returns on Saturday 29 August 2026 for another fantastic day of family fun, community spirit, entertainment, food, rides and local celebrations.
Our Silent Auction is one of WindsorFest's key fundraising activities, featuring an incredible range of generously donated prizes from our local businesses and community supporters. Whether you're looking for family experiences, dining vouchers, beauty treatments, sporting memorabilia, classes or unique gifts, there's something for everyone.
Every bid helps make a difference. Funds raised through WindsorFest and the Silent Auction directly support projects and improvements that enhance the learning environment for Windsor State School students.

Auction terms and conditions
Silent Auction Conducted by and Benefiting: Windsor State School Parents & Citizens Association
Auction Purpose: All proceeds from the WindsorFest Silent Auction support Windsor State School facilities, resources and community initiatives.
Opening Date: Friday 14 August 2026, 8:00am AEST
Closing Date: Saturday 29 August 2026, 5:00pm AEST. No bids will be accepted after this time.
Winner Determination and Notification: The highest valid bid received at the close of the auction will win the item. Successful bidders will receive payment instructions by email following the auction close.
Collection of prize items can be made from the Windsor State School Tent at WindsorFest between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on Saturday 29 August 2026, provided payment has been received for your item/s. Winners will receive a payment confirmation email and should present this confirmation upon collection. If you are unable to collect your prize on the day at WindsorFest, please get in touch via the contact details provided to make alternative arrangements. Where collection is not possible, postage may be arranged at the winner's expense.
By placing a bid, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions:
Participation is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. All bids are final. Windsor State School P&C reserves the right to reject any invalid, fraudulent or incomplete bid and the decision of the Windsor State School P&C President is final in any dispute. Payment must be made within seven (7) days of notification unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder, removed from the auction or retained for a future Windsor State School P&C fundraising event.
Auction prizes have been generously donated by WindsorFest supporters. Any donor-imposed conditions, restrictions or expiry dates apply. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any costs associated with claiming or using a prize, including travel, accommodation, freight, insurance or other expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder unless otherwise stated. Every effort will be made to provide prizes as advertised; however, Windsor State School P&C reserves the right to withdraw or substitute an item of equal or greater value where necessary. All sales are final. Paid items not collected within 14 days of notification may be forfeited unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. Personal information collected through the auction will be used solely for administration of the auction and related purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
