Louise Kyriakou has donated on of her ceramic faces, made using a pale speckled clay body and giving this fellow a sprinkling of summer freckles. A "D" hook is attached on the back, making it ready to hang. This piece, named "Billy" is 16cm diameter and is signed and dated. Louise Kyriakou began her creative life as an illustrator/designer, and later, an art teacher. She has a special connection to the fire-affected areas — teaching art at Bairnsdale Secondary College was where her love for the craft of ceramics developed and grew.
