Birdsnake Chocolate is a Bean to Bar operation in Fairfield, VIC. We source, import and process the cacao beans and turn them into chocolate here in Melbourne. Birdsnake was started in 2018 run by Fred Lullfitz, with the intention of offering a traceably sourced, high quality alternative to some of the chocolates available in Australia. We pay above the board for the ingredients we use, so that everyone gets a fair go. P.S. The bars donated don't contain dairy products so they are Vegan.
