Cue the cute—and the quality. Doilidh is out of Rio Dubh, a moderate-framed cow with a blocky build, perfect udder and feet, and in my mind very traditional Scottish style. This heifer is only slightly smaller framed than the others, but she is destined to be adorable, personable, and producing true to type Scottish Highlands.
