From 1996, #15428, Orca Network Volunteer Bonnie Gretz helped with the development of this Barbie.
Barbie has a Magic Wet Suit, and legs were designed to turn black in water. Original box (some box damage) and all accessories are intact-Orca, O2 Tank, goggles, flippers and water bottle. Doll has been removed from box, but not played with
