Olana Janfa was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, spent his teenage years in Norway and has lived in Australia since 2015. Olana also draws inspiration from song lyrics, sport and popular culture. He paints on canvas, timber and various recycled and found materials using acrylic, oil and pastel.
