Agatha and Alex, have always believed good health is the foundation to a better life and together we wanted to help others achieve just that. In 2020, we opened SiSU, a holistic wellbeing space with the vision of helping others achieve their individual health goals.

Fast forward to today and SiSU is more than we could have imagined. There is nothing we enjoy more than seeing our members achieve health and fitness goals they didn’t think were possible. We are incredibly proud to be part of an amazing, supportive, health-focused community.

SiSU has become a place where people not only get fitter, stronger and healthier but a place where people can develop new skills, make new friends and learn about fitness, nutrition, sleep and all the other important pillars of health. SiSU is a community that makes you feel welcomed, inspired and safe.
