Moving Bodies offer an exciting range of programs for children and adults that make exercise fun in a supportive and safe environment. Our kids fitness programs include gymnastics, parkour, meditation and yoga, swimming and kindergym.  Adult classes include general fitness, gymnastics and swimming.

The brand new indoor parkour centre and Ninja warrior course is open for kids and adults of all ages and skill levels.  Couple all this with the amazing all weather indoor softplay playground, school holiday programs and kids birthday party options and they’ve got the entire families fitness and entertainment requirements covered. The onsite cafe serves a healthy range of fresh organic food choices (and freshly brewed coffee!).
