Consignment Auction Featuring Customer-Submitted Livestock
Overview
This Online Bid-Off is a consignment auction created to showcase top-quality Highland and miniature calves submitted by our valued customers.
Webb Cattle Company is hosting the sale platform ONLY and is not responsible for the care, condition, accuracy of information, or transport of any livestock sold in the auction.
All final transactions, payments, and post-sale arrangements will be handled directly with each consignor.
Auction Details
• Bidding Opens: Sunday, June 8th at 9:00 AM CST
• Soft Closes: Sunday, June 8th at 7:00 PM CST
• Location: Online only (auction link will be provided)
Registration Requirements
All bidders must register prior to participating. You must provide:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Company name (if applicable)
Buyers may choose a pseudonym for public display by editing their profile settings. You can also choose to email alerts when outbid by selecting your preference in profile settings.
Bidding Process
• Proxy Bidding: Submit your highest bid, and the system will auto-bid in small increments to maintain your lead, up to your max.
• Soft Close: Any lot with a bid placed in the final 5 minutes will extend by another 5 minutes. This continues until no new bids are placed for a full 5-minute interval.
• Reserve Not Met: If a lot does not meet its reserve price, it will not be sold.
Winning Bidders
Winning bidders will be contacted immediately following the close of the auction. All transport arrangements will be handled directly with the consignor, not Webb Cattle Co. Initial 1/2 down payment will be made to Webb Cattle Co.
Payment Terms
• Payment is due within 48 hrs of auction close.
• Standard payment is ½ down at purchase, with the remaining balance due prior to transport, and made to consignor.

3. Credit Card Invoice
• 3.5% processing fee will be applied
• Choose another payment method to avoid the fee
Personal and business checks are not accepted.
Transport & Pickup
• Calves will be ready for pickup once weaned.
• Each calf will have an individual pickup/availability date set by the consignor.
• If transport is delayed past the agreed date, a $25/day per animal boarding fee applies and must be paid before pickup.
• Calves must be transported by livestock trailer — no exceptions.

• You may also pick up your own calves or use a hauler of your choosing.
Health & Veterinary Care
• Calves will receive all standard vaccinations and a veterinary check prior to pickup.
• Health certificates will be included upon request or as required for interstate transport.
Buyer Responsibility
• All bids are binding.
• You are responsible for any bids placed under your account.
• By bidding, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for payment and transport.
• Failure to pay in full within 48 hrs may result in forfeiture and future disqualification from sales.
Liability Disclaimer
• Ownership and liability transfer to the buyer at the time of pickup or delivery.
• Webb Cattle Co. and consignors are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or health issues after that point.

Agreement to Terms
By registering and bidding, you confirm your full agreement with these terms. These terms may be updated by Webb Cattle Co. at any time prior to the auction.
