RUBBISH - HENRY RUIZ

Inspired by the 22 communities that surround the zone 3 city dump, this piece represents hopes and dreams of the people who live there. A place where trash represents a family´s income. The washed denim represents the exhaustion of the work itself and the burlap reflects their organization. It is gold to represent the true value of their job. 

Materials: Plastic sacks, denim scraps from previous creations.
