MAP is a powerful yet gentle and transformational process, that treats and neutralises negative unconscious memories and blocks and replaces them with positive, self-empowering beliefs. MAP harnesses cutting-edge neuroscience and communication with the unconscious mind, to allow the brain to rewire and heal itself.

The sessions are completely private for you (you don't need to share anything). And you don't even need to know where your block or issue originate from. The sessions are pre-recorded and you will receive ongoing access, so you can go back to them to use as you need them, for different issues that may arise.

SESSION 1: Being Ready and Willing

The first very important step is to treat and clear any unconscious resistance, to create true willingness for change. We’ll be neutralising the fear of change and healing that often exist without us even being aware of them. We’ll be working on letting go of the old identity (that’s so used to the way things are) and releasing fear of the unknown.

We’ll then begin on alignment with your most empowered, authentic identity and on creating positive new empowering beliefs that support you to be your true self.

SESSION 2: You Can Do It

The next step is to create a belief that this is absolutely possible for you. In this session, we’ll be neutralising any existing subconscious beliefs, mindset barriers and parts that may create doubt that your new desired way of being is possible for you, and aligning you with the belief that you can do it.

SESSION 3: At Peace with Your Past

This deep and pivotal session is about treating your past history, events, beliefs and emotions that led to the patterns that you want to let go. Negative emotions attached to the old memories will be neutralised, to bring you to a feeling of peace and neutrality about the past, so that past events, memories, beliefs and fears no longer affect your present and future.

SESSION 4: The New You

Finally, we need to work on clarifying what you want in place of what you’re letting go, and aligning with your new identity. We’ll be reinforcing the positive, self-empowering thoughts and beliefs that create your new, desired way of being.
