Hilary is CEO of Hachette Children's Group and before that, MD at Egmont and Scholastic Children's Books. She's chaired the PA Children's Group, and is currently a trustee at Booktrust. Hilary has been involved in children's publishing for 20+ years, and spent 12 years before that in adult illustrated publishing, and has worked on books ranging from Oi Frog to The Hunger Games!
