Notes:
Our registered cattle have created a whole lot of additional fun for us. Mike has become quite a Highland historian, as he enjoys the research, stories and history of each of the cattle we selected for this group. We have selected quality along with a very traditional build and look.
Hibiscus' dam IHC Kalei, has a long history of AHCA Grand Champions in in her lineage (9 total) including Raindancer of Five Star Farm, a very small but mighty mahogany frosted bull. He is a frosted red bull whose pedigree includes Gille Buidhe of Benmore "the Gene Machine," his son Basswood of Swains (out of a GOF cow), in addition to being NWSS 2005 Nat'l Reserve Grand Champion Bull.
Mike was also able to trace her back to the #1 bull and cow registered in the United States, in addition to finding ancestors back to the 1860s. Her sire Kacee of Noppé Forest, came to us from Canada. His sire came from one of the most noted herds in Canada. His bloodlines after just two generations are direct from great Britain and some of the best and most notable lines again all the way back to the original herd book. What we like best about Kacee is his traditional Highland look.
We think the history is fun. Hibiscus is an embryo baby and will be weaned in April. 1/2 down, remaining balance prior to transport. She will transport from Rapid City, S. Dakota.
