Agent 1x1 with Julie Gourinchas

A 20 minute one-to-one in-depth conversation with Julie Gourinchas, a junior agent from Bell Lomax Moreton. Will be conducted via Zoom. Genres covered include: literary fiction, historical fiction, psychological thrillers, speculative fiction, gothic fiction, as well as literary science fiction, literary horror, and low fantasy (based in the real world). Julie Gourinchas began her publishing career as editorial assistant, then managing editor, for Cornerstones Literary Consultancy. In 2019, she launched her own freelance editorial consultancy, working closely with authors to develop their manuscripts prior to querying agents. Presently, she is a junior agent at Bell Lomax Moreton, where, alongside developing her own list, she supports the agents’ various clients and provides editorial expertise where needed.
