About Ed:
As Sphere Fiction Publishing Director, I publish crime, thriller and general/book club fiction, especially novels with high concepts and strong original voices. This includes number one bestsellers and award-winners such as Mark Billingham, Chris Brookmyre, Carl Hiaasen, Jacob Ross, Jessica Fellowes, Ant Middleton and Keith Stuart. Over the coming year, I will be publishing major debuts such as Alexandra Heminsley’s first literary novel Under the Same Stars and barrister Alexandra Wilson’s groundbreaking thriller The Witness. In my second role as Little, Brown IP Director, I originate, consult on and provide training in the creation of original IP and in-house projects across Hachette, both within the UK group and internationally. This work includes liaison with film and TV companies. I have taught creative writing sessions at UEA, the PTC, Curtis Brown Creative and Create 98.
