Cook for the Bush
Cook for the Bush is an intiative from the Sydney Hospitality Industry, initiated by NOMAD. Our food, wine and produce suppliers, those we rely on every day to create restaurant experiences and delicious dishes have been directly affected by the bushfires that have ravaged Australia's east coast over the summer.
Not to mention the devastating loss of our land, trees and native habitats, family homes, farms, small businesses and the habitats of our beloved animals like koalas and birds.
In response, we have gathered a bunch of food offerings, hotel and restaurant vouchers with all funds heading to the Red Cross.
To support the #cookforthebush Brunch, Bake Sale and Aperitivo Afternoon on Sunday 12 January at NOMAD and partners, why not let your next date night, night out with friends, family or colleagues benefit those across the country who need our help. Choose your favourite spot or try something out of the box!

Auction terms and conditions
The auction ends on Sunday 19th January 2020 at 5pm, after which time vouchers, tickets or your product will be sent digitally to you or will be available to be picked up from NOMAD* Up the Road at 85 Commonwealth Street Surry Hills.
Winning bidders can endeavour to have product delivered and will bear the cost to do so.
All sales are final - we will be donating all funds to the Red Cross within 7 days and will therefore not be able to offer refunds for any purchases made through this auction
