Typically the wines are in French Oak for 14 months with 20% of the Oak being new.  The blend is always around 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. All of the wines are from Jonny Nel’s private cellar and it is unusual to get a “vertical” selection such as this. The 2012 vintage was selected for Lufthansa in their first-class long haul flights, which was really special to him.  All of the others achieved at least 4star ratings.  The wines come in a special yellowwood box.
